By joining Lillian’s List, you become one of many women and men across the state working together to make a difference in North Carolina politics by electing progressive candidates dedicated to women’s health and social justice. For more than 14 years, every victory, every step forward has come with the active support of people like you — who share our commitment to equity, fairness and progress for women and our belief that every member of society benefits from achieving these ideals.
As a member of Lillian’s List you will receive profiles of the best and brightest pro-choice Democratic women running for the General Assembly, the Council of State and the Governor’s Office. Lillian’s List will also send you the latest news on our candidates and other political happenings with email updates. Also, members receive invitations to exciting events across the state honoring our candidates.
You can become a member of Lillian’s List by contributing $50 directly to Lillian's List and pledging to contribute to at least two recommended candidates over the course of a two-year election cycle.

Attend an Event
Lillian’s List holds local events across the state throughout the year. Our events bring together our candidates and members to give pro-choice Democratic women's campaigns a bigger cash boost and provide maximum political impact. Since Lillian’s List recommends viable, pro-choice Democratic women from across the state, Lillian’s List members become familiar with candidates whom they might not otherwise hear about. Lillian’s List membership is included in your ticket price!
In addition to our local events, Lillian’s List hosts a statewide biennial Campaign Kick-Off and Victory Breakfast, where you’ll hear inspiring speakers and mingle with our featured candidates.

Join the Trailblazer Club
Lillian’s List Trailblazers are actively engaged in political change. Their generous support gives pro-choice Democratic women the resources they need to win competitive races and provides critical seed money for Lillian’s List’s political programs, including candidate and staff training, strategic guidance for women’s campaigns, and financial support to fund the campaigns of our candidates so they are ready to run winning campaigns.
In addition to all the benefits of regular membership, Trailblazers receive private briefings from Lillian's List Executive Director Carol Teal — along with invitations to meet our candidates, elected officials, and other Trailblazers at local events across North Carolina as well as the biennial Victory Breakfast and Campaign Kick-Off statewide events.
